To apply for service, click on the Application for Service button below. You will be taken to a new page where you can complete the form and submit it online.
Once you have submitted the form, wait for your confirmation email and then contact the office at 979-589-3030 EXT. 7 to pay the necessary fees over the phone with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. A 3% fee applies when paying with a debit/credit card. You may also bring payment to the office or mail it in.
You must be sure to sign the 3rd page of the Application for Service. When filling out the form you can look to the left side of your screen and see the 3 pages you will be completing.
